Nyx was a conversational iOS sleep coach. Users described what was affecting their sleep in chat, and the assistant combined that context with onboarding and profile data to recommend specific habit changes.
Approach
Chat served as the primary interface because sleep quality depends on factors a single score misses, such as stress, schedule, and environment. The app also included experimental voice and audio interactions alongside text.
